Absorbine Hooflex Bactericidal & Fungicidal Thrush Remedy is a clear, formaldehyde-free topical treatment designed to kill bacteria and fungi embedded in the hoof. The ready-to-use squeeze-tip applicator delivers the formula directly into the frog, clefts, visible holes, and cracks for targeted treatment of thrush and similar hoof infections.
- Active antimicrobial ingredients: Contains chloroxylenol (5.0%) and alcloxa (0.25%), which address bactericidal and fungicidal concerns.
- Precision application: Squeeze-tip applicator reaches deeper problem areas so you can apply the product directly where infection is visible.
- Hoof care characteristics: Manufacturer states the clear formula is formaldehyde-free and will not sting, stain, or dry out the hoof with regular use.
- Use guidance from label: For active infections apply once daily for at least three days; maintenance use twice weekly.
