Gentev K-Med Shampoo is an antiseptic medicated shampoo formulated to address bacterial and fungal skin conditions responsive to its active ingredients. It combines Chlorhexidine Gluconate 2% (antibacterial) with Ketoconazole 1% (antifungal) and is labeled for use on dogs, cats, and horses. The formula is pleasantly scented for routine medicated bathing.

  • Dual active action: Chlorhexidine 2% and ketoconazole 1% to target conditions known to respond to those agents.
  • Use and timing: Wet the coat, work into a rich lather, allow to sit for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly; repeat as directed.
  • Recommended schedule: Use 2–3 times per week for four weeks, then once weekly or as directed.
  • Handling: Shake well before use, avoid eye or otic contact, rinse eyes if contact occurs, and wash hands after use.

Use Gentev K-Med as part of a medicated bathing routine for animals and conditions known to respond to chlorhexidine and ketoconazole. If undue irritation develops or symptoms worsen during use, stop application and consult your veterinarian.
