Durvet Epsom Salt Poultice for Horses is a topical, water‑soluble gel formulated to provide temporary relief from minor soreness, swelling, bruises, sprains, and to support hoof abscess care. The gel is designed for use under wraps, boots, or bandages and does not generate heat when applied, making it suitable for packed hooves or wrapped limbs.

  • Hoof drawing action: Can be packed on the sole and covered to support care for hoof abscesses and sole bruising.
  • Targeted topical relief: Applied to affected muscles, joints, or hooves to help ease localized tension and discomfort.
  • Formulation and safety: Contains magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) 60% and methyl salicylate 1% in a gel base; formulated not to burn or blister when used as directed.
  • Application guidance: Clean the area, spread a generous layer, cover with cotton/wrap/boot, and leave in place 36–48 hours; reapply as needed.

For external use on horses only. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes, monitor skin during use, and discontinue if excessive irritation occurs. Store out of reach of children and pets.
